Free version is available with basic functions: testing XPath expressions and for manual data scraping. Quick guide: in first textbox put website address, in second box put XPath expression. Choose type of data TEXT for getting text, HREF for getting links. Last thing you need to do is to run scraper (push the green button). And done!Application available in Polish and English.
